Black Diamond Mobile Detailing and Juan, the owner, completely exceeded my expectations. Juan came out and detailed my 2024 F-150, and when he was done, the truck looked brand new. His attention to detail is next-level. Every surface was spotless, every corner was cleaned, and the shine he brought back to the exterior was unreal.
Juan is professional, on time, and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. You can tell he treats every vehicle like it’s his own. The quality, care, and customer service are unmatched.

Probably the easiest experience I could have possibly had. I did a bunch of research online and thought a detailing shop would need to have my car for 3-5 days. After deciding on Black Diamond Mobile I asked Juan and he said he could knock it out within like 5 hours. On top of that, he comes to your house and does it in your driveway and/or garage so it's basically hassle free. He just needed an outlet and a faucet to attache a hose to. He was very knowledgeable on the product and had great attention to detail. I am very please with the product. He was available for any questions and also includes a free exterior wash for a month following his service.
He's a very decent, trustworthy guy and is certainly my go-to guy now for detailing. Thanks Juan!

For anyone looking for a MOBILE car detailer I HIGHLY recommend Black Diamond Auto Detailing. Juan and his wife Marie were extremely professional, courteous and paid great attention to detail on both the interior and exterior of my car. My 9 year old car looks better now than it did the day I bought it, brand new, straight off the lot!! My husband and I have used their services on both of our cars for the last 3 years and we are always thrilled with their work. You will not be disappointed and the cost for their services are very affordable and definitely worth the money!
Best most personal service very easy process and communication I have had a lot of different mobile detailing providers come to me but not like Juan and his lady friend they both done phenomenal job we definitely will be doing business with Black diamond auto detailing in the future.

We have had the ceramic coating applied to 3 of our vehicles. I would recommend this company and the ceramic coating to anyone who likes a clean vehicle and wants to preserve the paint/finish on their vehicle. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Money well spent.
Black Diamond / Pink Diamond staff did an exceptional job detailing my car!!! It had not been detailed since I bought the car a few years ago....they did a clay bar treatment on the exterior and the exterior is smooth as glass. Every thing on the interior was thoroughly cleaned and when they were done it was show room ready!!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!!
Juan was on time and detail oriented. I had him detail my Ford F150 and Lexus today. These cars have not looked this good since they were driven off the lot! I can now see why he has all 5 star reviews! Very happy with his work and will for sure be using him in the future!

Juan is extremely thorough and really focuses on “the details”. He explained each part of the service and explained the benefits without me having to ask. He fit me into his schedule quickly and was on time. The work he did on my jeep was amazing! I am definitely going to be using his services in the future including the ceramic coating service he offers. Great business ran by a great owner!
You can really see the difference between a regular wax wash and a professional ceramic coating. I love it! Now after every wash, my car looks as shiny as a mirror.

I have had my vehicles detailed before at different places, so I had certain expectations when having Black Diamond perform an interior detail for my Honda Odyssey. We have 5 children and a Yellow Lab, and every inch of the van could tell the story. In my experience, most auto detailers do a decent job, focusing on getting your vehicle to look clean. There is a difference between looking clean and being clean.
Juan showed up and took the time to do it right. It is rare to see such strong work ethic and attention to detail as I witnessed. I can tell my vehicle doesn't just look clean, it IS clean. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work I received. My vehicle is cleaner and looks better than the day I bought it. Juan is a professional and a master at his craft. Told them I had a vehicle that has been used to transport three dogs for years full of dog hair. I did not think they could get rid of all the hair m. They spent a day detailing my vehicle. It looks like new no sign of dog hair. Believe me the Job was fantastic and the price reasonable. I will use Black Diamond again and recommend them highly

Juan is awesome… which I already knew from family and friends who use his skills on their cute little cars …but I came at him with a dodge pro master van/Winnebago… translation… 10ft high x 22 ft length… with dirt and bugs from Colorado to Texas to Maine and back down to NC …(and all the states in between ). I knew he would do a great job… but he exceeded my expectations ——my “house on wheels” looks better than it did driving off the dealers lot. His attention to detail is very VERY much appreciated…oh did I mention I also travel in my van with two dogs? U would never know it after Juan was finished. Thank u sooooo much for taking such amazing pride in your work… it shows!!
